With jumbled feelings I understood that my laptop was now probably safe from his key-prying hands—but also that it along with me and all my other stuff were suddenly no longer the most interesting things in his world. And I was touched and proud and stunned to witness this emergence of sophisticated imagination, and then I was stunned again to find that it photographed so clearly.
