Turning chaos into order takes time and effort. And often it’s impossible to guess the effort involved in advance of starting a project. That’s why I typically calculate my project fee based on an hourly rate. And if a client insists on an up-front total, I get there by estimating the time I will spend on active work and I cap this time accordingly to safeguard against what is known as scope creep.

I am registered in Poland as the sole proprietorship Company of Natalia Osiatynska. My VAT number is PL5252244690. I issue invoices for my work. Because of the nature of my services, I am often able to deploy an 8% VAT rate with my Polish clients. (Clients from elsewhere in the EU handle their own VAT.)

Business clients usually hire me for writing, naming, or speaking, but I am also available for projects involving visual storytelling and photography. As a documentary and editorial photographer I have a style and approach that’s just what some clients need—and my fees are lower for this type of work than for my writing.

Below is an idea of my standard rates, but note that my fees, like my work, are customized to specific client needs. Contact me for a quote when you’re ready to get started.

If your budget is tight, but your project is interesting, I’m open to barter agreements and other non-standard solutions.
